Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or using Rangdhanu POS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
Rangdhanu IT provides web development, app development, and digital marketing services, alongside Rangdhanu POS — our billing, inventory, and multi-branch reporting software. Services are intended for professional and business use, and you agree to use them lawfully and without infringing on the rights of others.
Quotations, Invoices & Payment
Quotations we issue are estimates based on the scope discussed at the time and may be revised if requirements change. Invoices are generated through our billing dashboard, are payable in BDT within the timeframe stated on the invoice, and late payments may pause active project work or POS account access until settled.
Project Delivery & Revisions
Project timelines depend on the scope agreed at kickoff and on you providing content, feedback, and approvals promptly. Each engagement includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed in the quotation; work beyond that scope may be billed separately.
Intellectual Property & Portfolio Showcase
Ownership of custom deliverables — code, designs, and content created specifically for your project — transfers to you upon full payment. Rangdhanu IT retains ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and the Rangdhanu POS platform itself. Unless you request confidentiality in writing, we may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Rangdhanu POS Subscription & Licensing
Rangdhanu POS is billed on a recurring, per-branch subscription as shown on our pricing page. Your license covers active, paid branches only, and access may be suspended for accounts with overdue invoices. We work to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
Limitation of Liability
Rangdhanu IT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or software. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or subscription in question.
Termination & Governing Law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these terms or non-payment. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and we may update them from time to time by posting a revised version on this page.
