Welcome to Rangdhanu IT. By visiting our website, creating an account, requesting a quotation or using Rangdhanu POS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Rangdhanu IT provides web development, app development and digital marketing services, along with Rangdhanu POS, our billing, inventory and multi-branch reporting software. Our services are meant for professional and business use, and you agree to use them lawfully and without infringing the rights of others.

• You must provide accurate details and verify your email or phone number with the one-time code we send.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and codes private and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that give false information, abuse the service or attempt fraud.

• Quotations are estimates based on the scope discussed and may be revised if requirements change.
• Invoices are payable in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) within the time stated on the invoice.
• Late payment may pause active project work or Rangdhanu POS access until the balance is settled.

Timelines depend on the scope agreed at kickoff and on you providing content, feedback and approvals promptly. Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quotation; work beyond that scope may be billed separately.

• Custom deliverables (code, designs and content created for your project) become yours once the project is paid in full.
• Rangdhanu IT keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, name, logo and the Rangdhanu POS platform.
• Unless you ask for confidentiality in writing, we may show completed work in our portfolio and marketing.

Rangdhanu POS is billed as a recurring, per-branch subscription. Your license covers active, paid branches only, and access may be suspended for accounts with overdue invoices. We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Our services are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Rangdhanu IT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service or subscription in question. Nothing here limits your rights under Bangladesh law.

We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or non-payment. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
