Shikhonix is a multi-tenant SaaS product we built for coaching centres. It replaces paper registers, spreadsheets and scattered WhatsApp groups with one organised system.
Each coaching centre signs up and gets its own private workspace. Inside it, the owner can set up multiple branches and manage teachers and students. Fees can be collected online through a payment gateway. Teachers and students see only what applies to their role and branch.
The platform has two sides:
- Platform side: Super admins and admins manage coaching centres, subscription plans (standard and custom enterprise plans), billing, and third-party settings such as SMS and the payment gateway.
- Centre side: Each coaching centre has its own owner, teachers and students. Teachers and students are limited to their own branches. The owner sees everything.
The problem it solves
Most coaching centres, especially small and mid-sized ones, still run on manual processes:
- Scattered records. Student details, attendance and fee records sit in notebooks, Excel files and chat apps, so they are easy to lose and hard to search.
- Fee collection and tracking. Collecting fees by hand and chasing dues causes disputes and revenue leakage.
- Multiple branches. Owners with more than one branch have no single view of how the business is doing.
- No role separation. Teachers and staff often see data they shouldn't, and owners can't control access properly.
- Data privacy worries. Generic shared software mixes every customer's data in one place. That is a risk for student and payment information.
- Hard to scale. Software that works for one centre often breaks down when the business adds students, teachers or branches.
